Hm, a great summer read would be "Sunday at Tiffany's." I think it's a good read because the characters are absolutely wonderful. You'll literally fall in love with them.

+5 My favorite summer read so far is the Pretty Little Liars series. It is about 5 girls, one disappears, the other dates her sisters boyfriends, another one has a fling with her teacher, another one goes through drastic measures to become skinny and be popular, and another has a crush on the new girl in town. That is the first book, they are just amazing!

I think you should read BEAUTIFUL CREATURES next. The premise sounds really intriguing, and so far I've heard a ton of great things about it. And hey - it can't be one of the most highly coveted ARCs for nothing, right? ;)

+5 My favorite Summer Read would have to be POISON STUDY by MARIA V SNYDER because it's filled with a little bit of everything, adventure, romance, thrill, magic. It tells the story of Yelena, the Commander's new poison tester, as she discovers she has magic, and falls in love with Valek, the Commander's assassin who kills everyone with magic. It was amazing.

I would love to see what you have to say :)

“Reading is everything. Reading makes me feel like I've accomplished something, learned something, become a better person. Reading makes me smarter. Reading gives me something to talk about later on. Reading is the unbelievably healthy way my attention deficit disorder medicates itself. Reading is escape, and the opposite of escape; it's a way to make contact with reality after a day of making things up, and it's a way of making contact with someone else's imagination after a day that's all too real. Reading is grist. Reading is bliss.”
