Thanks for the giveaway and for opening it to worldwide entries.

As you say there are so many things to be thankful for they I am sure anyone could name dozens without even pausing to think about it.

If I had to just select one I think I would say I am thankful for my two beautiful children and the love they give me.

Hello!

I'm quite thankful for everything in my life; friends, family, health and of course the ability to live a comfortable. In other third world countries its sad to know that the distribution of food and shelter isn't properly shared. I'm very thankful for everything and my parents who have sacrificed their time and wealth for my well being. I used to live in the Philippines (but then I moved here in America thanks to my mom) even though the country suffers from destitution I felt well taken care of. And that's what I am extremely thankful for; my parents, my supportive friends of course my faith in God.

At first I wasn't really thankful for anything because apparently I used to be spoiled by my parents and such.. but the moment when grandfather died last year I realized that I have to value every moment with my family and friends. Life is too short, I regretted turning down the days where my grandfather always wanted to spend time with me. I realized this and I have to be thankful for my family's love and and my friend's support. Nothing last forever and I will always cherish each day with my family.

He just went back home to Colombia last monday, and although we're VERY far away (I'm in Wisconsin), I know that this is one of the best things that has happened to me. It's very hard being without him now, but I wouldn't change what happened for the world.

I would love to see what you have to say :)

“Reading is everything. Reading makes me feel like I've accomplished something, learned something, become a better person. Reading makes me smarter. Reading gives me something to talk about later on. Reading is the unbelievably healthy way my attention deficit disorder medicates itself. Reading is escape, and the opposite of escape; it's a way to make contact with reality after a day of making things up, and it's a way of making contact with someone else's imagination after a day that's all too real. Reading is grist. Reading is bliss.”
