Waiting on Wednesday: THE ENTERNITY CURE by Julie Kagawa

Jill over at Breaking the Spine started this and I believe that it's awesome" This blog post is to alert those that visit about "the" book that we cannot wait to get our hands on.

Julie Kagawa is an amazing author and after reading BLOOD OF EDEN last year I was more than ready to read the next installment in this series. Now that THE ETERNITY CURE has a cover and synopsis the only thing that I can now do is hopelessly wait in anticipation.

Allison Sekemoto has vowed to rescue her creator, Kanin, who is being held hostage and tortured by the psychotic vampire Sarren. The call of blood leads her back to the beginning—New Covington and the Fringe, and a vampire prince who wants her dead yet may become her wary ally.

Even as Allie faces shocking revelations and heartbreak like she’s never known, a new strain of the Red Lung virus that decimated humanity is rising to threaten human and vampire alike.

Loved the first book and I am very excited to see where things go next. I hope she rescues Kanin and sees Zeke again.

This is definitely a book I can't wait to read as well. The Immortal Rules was on my top favorites list of 2012 (came in 2nd). Great choice!

I would love to see what you have to say :)

“Reading is everything. Reading makes me feel like I've accomplished something, learned something, become a better person. Reading makes me smarter. Reading gives me something to talk about later on. Reading is the unbelievably healthy way my attention deficit disorder medicates itself. Reading is escape, and the opposite of escape; it's a way to make contact with reality after a day of making things up, and it's a way of making contact with someone else's imagination after a day that's all too real. Reading is grist. Reading is bliss.”
